Request A new website focused on the user needs

In 2015 there was a major change in the Santiago International Airport with the transfer of administration of the compound to the concessionaire Nuevo Pudahuel. The company, which was formed by a group of leading companies worldwide, sought to refresh the image of the airport in digital channels and for that purpose asked Fusiona to redesign its website.

The project

The biggest challenge in the development of this new web site was the construction of an information architecture that sought to respond to the needs of three key audiences for the airport: passengers who travel, users who are going to seek or leave passengers and finally the stakeholders working with or within the premises of the compound.

To this were added two important problems: the urgency of completing the development of the website, which was to replace the old site at the exact time the airport administration was transferred to the new concessionaire, and defining a capable hosting to balance and optimize the response in times of high demand.

Results

Thanks to the work of Fusiona, navigation was greatly simplified for the three segments of users described above, which was based on the creation of a more friendly and modern interface. Today Fusiona continues to provide maintenance services for Nuevo Pudahuel, supporting the institution in campaigns driven by its communications area through the development of landings or special web pages.

About Nuevo Pudahuel
